Medical Outreach & Wellness Care

Healing with dignity. Caring with compassion.

Across communities in USA and beyond, access to basic healthcare remains a challenge — especially for those facing poverty, displacement, or social exclusion. At the PERETZ FOUNDATION, we believe that wellness is a human right, not a privilege. That’s why we’ve launched a growing network of Medical Outreach & Wellness Care initiatives to bring healing directly to those who need it most.

Whether it’s a mobile clinic in a rural village, a mental health workshop in a shelter, or a wellness kit delivered to a refugee camp, our mission is clear: to restore dignity through care.

What We Do

Bringing care to the margins. Building wellness from the ground up.

At the PERETZ FOUNDATION, we believe that healthcare should meet people where they are — physically, emotionally, and culturally. Our Medical Outreach & Wellness Care programs are designed to break down barriers and rebuild trust, especially in communities that have been historically underserved or overlooked.

We work hand-in-hand with local health professionals, volunteers, and global partners, including several medical nonprofits in the United States, to deliver care that is:

  • Community-based: Rooted in local needs and relationships
  • Trauma-informed: Sensitive to the emotional realities of those we serve
  • Culturally responsive: Respectful of heritage, language, and lived experience

Mobile Health Clinics

We deploy mobile units to reach remote villages, refugee camps, and urban shelters — places where traditional healthcare is out of reach.

Designed to be low-barrier, welcoming, and multilingual

Services include free checkups, blood pressure screenings, diabetes monitoring, and basic treatments

Staffed by trained nurses, community health workers, and volunteer physicians

Wellness Workshops:

We host interactive sessions that promote holistic health — blending physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Facilitated by social workers, nutritionists, and peer educators

Topics include mental health, nutrition, hygiene, stress management, and chronic disease prevention Delivered in schools, shelters, and community centers

Medical Supply Distribution

We provide essential supplies to families and individuals who lack access to pharmacies or clinics.

Specialized kits for maternal care, chronic illness, and elder support

Hygiene kits with soap, menstrual products, toothbrushes, and sanitizer

First aid packs with bandages, antiseptics, and basic medications

Health Education

We empower communities with the knowledge to care for themselves and each other.

  • Visual guides, multilingual brochures, and interactive demonstrations
  • Focus on preventive care, early warning signs, and healthy habits
  • Co-created with local leaders to ensure cultural relevance

Our Partnerships

We’re proud to collaborate with several medical nonprofits in the United States who share our vision for global health equity. These partnerships allow us to:

  • Access high-quality medical supplies and training
  • Share best practices in community health delivery
  • Expand our reach through joint initiatives and shared resources

Together, we’re building a bridge between compassion and care — across borders, cultures, and systems.

A Story of Impact: Fatima’s First Checkup

Fatima, a 9-year-old girl from a remote village , had never seen a doctor. Her family couldn’t afford transportation to the nearest clinic, and she struggled with chronic fatigue and malnutrition.

Through our mobile outreach program, Fatima received her first medical checkup, a nutrition kit, and a follow-up plan. Her mother shared:

“We felt forgotten. Now we feel seen. Fatima smiles more. She plays again. We have hope.”

Stories like Fatima’s are why we do this work — and why your support matters.
